The Vietnamese delegation include leaders from nine provinces and cities.

This year's summit, themed "Livable and Sustainable Cities: Emerging Stronger", focuses on sustainable finance, development and planning, urban resilience, and smart, livable cities.

Since 2008 the biennial WCS forum has been attended by government leaders, businesses, international organizations, and academia from 250 cities.
